| The product did not work. I was not overly optimistic because it was pretty cheap, but plain and simple, it does not work. |
| Great low cost HDMI cable. | 2010-09-08 | 5 / 5 |

| This is a great low cost HDMI cable. It provides a crisp clear image and the build quality is very nice. |

Bought this over a year ago, was stunned with the price considering hdmi cords cost quite a bit and love it.
Haven't had any issues with it, works great!!!
Great picture and sound!
Could not ask for any better.
If you want a good value for the money, get this!

| I guess there isn't a whole lot to say other than that this cable was cheap and it works. There are no flaws that I can find, I would suggest anybody looking to get a cheap HDMI cable to get this, you probably won't have any regrets. |
| What's the hype all about? | 2010-09-06 | 3 / 5 |

Compared to standard def cables, I don't see what the hype is all about. I got this for my aunt, and she said the sound quality was a little better, but I think she was just being nice.
PROS:
* You don't have to use the TV remote to switch channels (like go to video 1 or whatver). Since it's a smart cable, you just turn on a DVD player with hdmi connected, and just pop in a dvd and play.
* Single cable. With standard def cables, you have a yellow, red, and white cord that could get tangled. With HDMI, it's all-in-one.
* Cheap cable. IF you go to a Walmart, these HDMI cables range from $50 to $100+ prices.
CONS:
* I can't tell the picture quality yet. Will keep you updated within next few months. This is about all that's bad.
Overview:
If I had a choice over standard def cables, I would choose 's cheap $2 HDMI cable (the product I'm reviewing) just for the sake of simplicity and the assumed better quality. It'll make good gifts (just make sure your recipient has a TV and DVD player with HDMI slots).
