I recommend this mouse very much. It is medium sized and comfortable to use. I like the rubber grips it has on the sides and top. I also like that it gives a soft "click" sound when you do a right or left click. Some mice are kind of loud, but this one is not. The same goes for the scroller. Also, the cord is heavy and durable. My only complaint is that the winder almost always needs some finagling to finish winding up the cord. However, I still give the mouse 5 stars.

The Ci25m mouse is one of the better mice that you will find when it comes to portability and comfort. My previous mouse for my laptop was a 9 dollar generic brand from a big box store and was very uncomfortable and inaccurate. I used to think that all mice were the same but one day my friend brought over his laptop with his Ci25m mouse and I decided to try it out. The difference was immense, the generic mouse was horrible compared to the Ci25m when it came to comfort and accuracy, I found myself clicking where I actually wanted to click and loved the soft touch of the left and right buttons, and the soft rubber wheel in the center of the mouse was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was that the cord for the mouse seemed flimsy, but I am usually gentle with my items, so a few days later I ordered this from .

Everything was great for the first 7 months, but then it started to randomly not connect to my laptop, and Windows would indicate that a "driver did not install correctly" Replugging in the device helped for a few weeks but one day it simply did not work. I would plug it into my laptop and the mouse would light up and then turn off. I was a little bummed out but then I realized that I was still in warranty so I decided to try to get a repair or replacement.

After a few minutes of digging, I found the customer service website for Kensington, and then submitted an email saying my Ci25m had died. 8 hours later I recieved an email from support asking to explain in detail what the mouse was doing. I explained the problem (It simply didn't turn on when plugged in), and 4 hours later they indicated that it was an internal hardware failure and would need replacement. They asked me to provide the serial number on the bottom of the mouse and the exact model number, which I did. 4 hours later I get another email from support stating that I should recycle the broken mouse and that my replacement mouse was on its way! All in less than 24 hours! I was expecting the package to take at least 3-4 weeks to get to my home but to my surprise it arrived in 3 days! The support from Kensington was nothing short of amazing and the new mouse has been going strong for about a month.

I gave the item 4/5 stars for the flimsy cord and because it broke in less than a year, but I would rate Kensingtons support a 5/5. The turn around of 4 days for a simple 20 dollar mouse is awesome and I believe that Kensington is a great company to deal with.

All in all, I would say that you should give this mouse a chance. It really is very comfortable, and will last a long time if you take care of it.

This small, corded mouse works well. I've had no problems with it. But for the money, I'd rather have a wireless mouse for my laptop. The microsoft, for about $16, can't be beat and you have less cords to deal with.

I love the mouse, but the reliability is just awful. My first mouse lasted about 6 months before the left click started to not register consistently. Kensington was kind enough to send me a replacement, but now the replacement is having the same problem. I love the way it feels and performs, but the quality is questionable.
